Found in the heart of Kent is our beautiful Courtyard with our luxury Summer Pods for you to enjoy this Summer. Sit back and relax inside the pod with your friends and family, with our chilled music playing in the background, a welcome drink on arrival, waiting for your delicious food to arrive. Our Summer Pods bring the best environment for you to sit privately with your besties, you can savour every moment!

Our Summer Pods have the most gorgeous overhead floral design with shading and a cooling system to ensure your comfort throughout your visit with us. When you arrive you will shortly receive your welcome drink to tickle those taste buds and then your Brunch Board or Afternoon Board will follow after.

We have our Sharing Brunch Board or our Afternoon Board available to enjoy in the Summer Pods so all you need to do is read the information below then get your date booked in!

FRIDAY - SUNDAY + BANK HOLIDAYS

• Minimum 4 Adults - Maximum 10 Adults (12 years and over)

• Maximum space within our Pods is 10 people in total

  Anyone over 12 years has to be included in the pod package, children below 12 years can order off children’s menu please inform us when booking

• £38 per person - 2 hour time slot

• Time slots available at; 9am, 9:15am or 12pm, 12:15pm.

  Please only book for the number of adults attending and include the number of children in the notes. Children under 11 years old are not included in food packages, they will receive a children’s menu to order off on the day.

Oad st sausage roll with red onion marmalade, Brioche bun filled with homemade egg mayonnaise and cress, veggie sticks with hummus, Cheddar chive & onion quiche, Brioche bun filled with smoked salmon and a lemon & dill cream cheese, Fresh fruits, Warm fruit & plain scones served with clotted cream, Jam, Strawberries & Cream Blondie, Pina Colada Panna Cotta, Key Lime & White Chocolate Profiteroles, Lemon Drizzle Sponge & Chocolate pretzels.

*We are a gluten and dairy and nut friendly restaurant which means we use the right procedures to separate our products, however our kitchen does use gluten/diary and nut products and cannot guarantee airborne cross contamination, this decision has to be to the individual customer.

To reserve your pod you will need to secure this with a £60 deposit when booking.

The remaining balance will then be due on the day.

You will have a dedicated waitress allocated to your pod therefore a 10% discretionary service charge added to your bill

terms & conditions

ARRIVING

Please arrive promptly for your booking so your time with us is not compromised. When entering Oad Street Food & Crafts, please head straight to the restaurant so our team can seat you.

ORDERING

Please note every adult within the Summer Pod has to be included in a Summer Pod Package to join your booking.

Your food is pre-ordered so there is nothing left for you to do! Please note food cannot be changed on the day.

All allergies/dietary requirements need to be stated at time of booking, or 72 hours before your booking taking place. Due to the current climate of delivery shortages, food may be subject to change however we will notify you should this affect your booking. 

All Pod Packages are £35 per adult Monday - Thursday & £38 per adults Friday - Sunday & Bank Holidays.

EXTRAS

If you would like to bring any decorations that is absolutely fine however we do not accept confetti, confetti balloons, sellotape use or large displays. If you bring these with you, the team will have no choice but to remove them straight away. If you have any queries please email restaurant@oadstreet.com before you make any arrangements to ensure you are not disappointed. All decorations must be cleared at the end of your booking.

AMENDMENT POLICY

If you wish to make changes to your booking this needs to be done 72 hours before your booking. Any dietary requirement changes or last minute cancellations are not able to be made on the day so please ensure you have notified us of these in advance to avoid a surcharge.

CUSTOMER CANCELLATION POLICY

If you wish to cancel your booking the following terms will apply:

General Cancellation policy:

Less than 72 hours cancellation, the deposit will not be refundable or transferrable 

Less than 4 weeks notice of cancellation the deposit can be put on a gift voucher.

More than 4 weeks notice of cancellation your deposit can be fully refunded.

Please note all cancellations can only be cancelled by emailing restaurant@oadstreet.com

Individual Cancellation:

Should you arrive and one or more of your party does not attend then your deposit will be compromised by £12.50 per person. To avoid this please email us at least 72 hours before your booking, thank you.

Should you drop below the minimum adults required for the date and time of your booking, you will be charged for the minimum required amount of people.

Cancellation from Oad Street Food & Crafts

Should we need to cancel your booking due to any unforeseen circumstances that we cannot fulfil your booked Igloo, Oad Street will refund you the full deposit paid and do our best to re-book your date at the earliest convenience.
