Our luxury Winter Igloos awaits your celebrations, get togethers & special moments.

Wrap up warm and come to enjoy delicious food with your loved ones. 

We have four luxurious Igloos in our picturesque courtyard. Each Igloo has a large social round table, wicker chairs with cosy faux fur throws with cushions & blankets. Boosting with your own music system, heated for your dining experience (please still dress appropriately!) and seasonally decorated for those perfect photo moments.

We have our signature Brunch Boards and Afternoon Tea Boards during the day Monday - Sunday.

SATURDAY - SUNDAY

• Saturday - Sunday Minimum 4 Adults - Maximum 10 Adults (12 years and over)

• Maximum space within our Pods is 10 people in total

  Anyone over 12 years has to be included in the pod package, children below 12 years can order off children’s menu please inform us when booking

• Including Bank holidays and School Holidays

  £38 per person - 2 hour time slot

  Time slots available from; 9am or 12pm

MONDAY - FRIDAY

• Monday - Friday Minimum 2 Adults - Maximum 10 Adults

• Maximum space within our Pods is 10 people in total

• Time slots available from 10am

• 2 hour time slot

To reserve your Igloo you will need to secure this with a £60 deposit when booking.

The remaining balance will then be due on the day.

You will have a dedicated waitress allocated to your pod therefore a 10% discretionary service charge added to your bill

ARRIVING

Please arrive promptly for your booking so your time with us is not compromised. When entering Oad Street Food & Crafts, please head straight to the restaurant so our team can seat you.

ORDERING

Your food is pre-ordered so there is nothing left for you to do! Please note food cannot be changed on the day. All allergies/dietary requirements need to be stated at time of booking, or before 72 hours of your booking taking place. Due to the current climate of delivery shortages, food may be subject to change however we will notify you should this affect your booking. 

EXTRAS

If you would like to bring any decorations that is absolutely fine however we do not accept confetti, confetti balloons, sellotape use or large displays. If you bring these with you, the team will have no choice but to remove them straight away. If you have any queries please email restaurant@oadstreet.com before you make any arrangements to ensure you are not disappointed. 

AMENDMENT POLICY

If you wish to make changes to your booking this needs to be done 72 hours before your booking. Any dietary and allergy changes are not able to be made on the day so please ensure you have notified us of these in advance to avoid a surcharge.

CUSTOMER CANCELLATION POLICY

If you wish to cancel your booking the following terms will apply:

General Cancellation policy:

Less than 72 hours cancellation, the deposit will not be refundable or transferrable 

Less than 6 weeks notice of cancellation the deposit can be put on a gift voucher.

More than 6 weeks notice of cancellation your deposit can be fully refunded.

Please note all cancellations can only be cancelled by emailing restaurant@oadstreet.com

Individual Cancellation:

Should you arrive and one or more of your party does not attend then your deposit will be compromised by £12.50 per person. To avoid this please email us at least 72 hours before your booking, thank you.

Should you drop below the minimum adults required for the date and time of your booking, you will be charged for the minimum required amount of people.

Cancellation from Oad Street Food & Crafts

If you are over 30 mins late to your booking, we will cancel your reservation and claim your deposit - Pod times are set and these times cannot be extended

Should we need to cancel your booking due to any unforeseen circumstances that we cannot fulfil your booked Igloo, Oad Street will refund you the full deposit paid and do our best to re-book your date at the earliest convenience.
