Our luxury Winter Pod awaits your celebrations, get togethers & special moments.

Wrap up warm and come to enjoy delicious food with your loved ones. 

We have four luxurious Pods in our picturesque courtyard. Each Pod has a large social round table, chic chairs with faux fur throws, cushions & blankets. Sit back and relax inside the Pod with your friends and family, with our chilled music playing in the background, a welcome drink on arrival, waiting for your delicious food to arrive. Our Winter Pods bring the best environment for you to sit privately with your favourite people, with heating provided throughout your dining experience (please still dress appropriately!) and seasonally decorated for those perfect photo moments.

We have our signature Brunch Boards Monday - Sunday and our Afternoon Tea Boards Saturday - Sunday.

Please note every adult that is attending your booking must be included the food package

To reserve your Pod you will need to secure this with a £60 deposit when booking.

You will have a dedicated waitress allocated to your Pod therefore a 10% discretionary service charge added to your bill

All Pod Packages are £35 per adult Monday - Friday or £38 per adult Saturday - Sunday & Bank Holidays.

ORDERING

Your food is pre-ordered so there is nothing left for you to do! 

Every adult must be included in our Pod Packages to dine within our pods.

Please note food cannot be changed on the day, so if you require changes on the day there will be a surcharge. All allergies/dietary requirements need to be stated at time of booking, or 72 hours prior to your booking taking place. 

Due to the current climate of delivery shortages, food may be subject to change however we will notify you should this affect your booking.

Your welcome drink order will be taken on the day and tea & cafetiere coffee is unlimited so we will bring this to you when you would like it.

UNDER 12s POLICY

Children under 12 must be supervised at all times, we do not allow children to use the pods without adult supervision.

Brunch Booking: Children under 12 can order from the children's menu on the day, please clearly state how many adults & children will be attending your booking in the Special Requests section when booking.

Afternoon Tea Booking: Children under 11 can preorder a Teddy Bear’s Picnic, please clearly state how many adults & children will be attending your booking in the Special Requests section when booking.

VOUCHERS

Please note that any Celebratory Brunch or Afternoon Tea vouchers can not be redeemed in our Winter Pods. These are for our Restaurant bookings only.

DECORATIONS

If you would like to bring any decorations that is absolutely fine however we do not accept confetti, confetti balloons or large displays. If you bring these with you, the team will have no choice but to remove them straight away. If you have any queries please email restaurant@oadstreet.com before you make any arrangements to ensure you are not disappointed. All decorations must be cleared away at the end of your booking.

AMENDMENT POLICY

If you wish to make changes to your booking this needs to be done via email 72 hours before your booking date. 

CUSTOMER CANCELLATION POLICY

If you wish to cancel your booking the following terms will apply:

General Cancellation policy:

Less than 72 hours cancellation, the deposit will not be refundable or transferable to a new booking.

Less than 4 weeks notice of cancellation the deposit can be put on a gift voucher.

More than 4 weeks notice of cancellation your deposit can be fully refunded.

Please note all cancellations can only be cancelled by emailing restaurant@oadstreet.com

Individual Cancellation:

Should you arrive and one or more of your party does not attend then your deposit will be compromised by £12.50 per person. To avoid this please email us at least 72 hours before your booking, thank you.

Should you drop below the minimum adults required for the date and time of your booking, you will be charged for the minimum required amount of people.

Cancellation from Oad Street Food & Crafts

If you are over 30 mins late to your booking, we will cancel your reservation and your deposit will be lost.

Should we need to cancel your booking due to any unforeseen circumstances meaning we cannot fulfill your booked Pod, Oad Street will refund you the full deposit paid and do our best to re-book your date at the earliest convenience.
